For over a decade, I’ve helped people transform their relationships with themselves and others by reconnecting with their authenticity. I work with accomplished women who feel stuck in love or disconnected from what truly fulfills them, as well as singles and couples ready to create conscious relationships. I help women release anxious patterns, cultivate grounded clarity, and deepen self-understanding by blending trauma-informed somatic tools with my background in meditation and personal performance coaching. My approach honors femininity, natural rhythms, and intuitive strength, while fostering communication that is both authentic and connecting, and providing a structured, results-driven framework for fulfillment and lasting change.

You’ll fill out a brief application so we can get to know you, what's important to you, and what your outcomes for Embody are.

Once your application and discovery call is reviewed, if it seems like a good fit, you’ll receive an invitation to register into the program.
